Saudi Cable says Noha Suleimani steps down as Vice Chairman, Managing Director

Saudi Cable Co. approved, on July 27, the resignation of Noha Suleimani from her position as board member, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director, with immediate effect.

She resigned following the Nominations and Remunerations Committee’s recommendation to assign another managing director, the company said in a bourse filing today, July 28.

In a separate filing, the company said that audit committee member Nael Fayez put in his papers on July 27 and accepted immediately after being named Managing Director.

The company's shares will resume trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) today.
